Return & Refund Policy
We want you to have a smooth shopping experience with us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
1. Return Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Product must include original packaging, tags, and accessories
- Return request must be made within the eligible return period (see below)
- Proof of purchase (order ID or invoice) is required
2. Return Timeframe
- Customers can request a return within 7 days of delivery
- After 7 days, returns will not be accepted unless the item is defective or incorrect
3. Refund Process & Timing
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of approval or rejection
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (UPI, card, net banking, etc.)
4. Exchange Options
- We offer exchanges for:
- Size issues
- Wrong item received
- Exchange requests must be made within the same 7-day return window
- Replacement will be shipped after the original item is received and inspected
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
- After verification, we will offer:
- Replacement, OR
- Full refund (as applicable)
6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Products marked as final sale or non-returnable
- Perishable or hygiene-sensitive items (if applicable in future)
- Customized or personalized products
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
7. Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), we will cover shipping costs
- If the return is due to customer reasons (size change, change of mind), the customer will bear return shipping charges
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
